Dear CRA Members:

The regular Convention registration process for the CRA Annual Convention April 15-17, 2011 has concluded.

Registrations received after 9pm on Friday April 8th, shall be considered “late registrations” and the following rules shall apply:

All late registration payments, and payments for other items, shall be made in cash to Convention Director George Park or to a designated member of the Convention Host Committee by the person for whom the payment is being made, who shall present a photo ID. Each person must complete the convention registration and submit it with their cash payment. Members of the Convention Host Committee who are authorized to accept cash payments shall wear special badges, they shall present their photo IDs upon request, they shall only accept cash payments at the Convention site, and they shall issue receipts to all persons making cash payments.

These designated members of the Convention Host Committee shall be identified to the CRA President, the CRA Treasurer, and the CRA Assistant Treasurer and (when practical) announced at the General Session, the Credentials Committee, and the Convention Rules Committee. Their activities shall be monitored and supervised by the CRA President, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Sgt at Arms, and the Convention Director. All the cash receipt records shall be subject to audit by the aforementioned officers and their successors.

It is our hope that presence of numerous banks and automated teller machines within a short distance from the Convention site will minimize any inconvenience created by this rule.
